Two Inside The Circle - Passing
This exercise focuses on developing ball awareness, head orientation, and basic orientation in space through simple passing and movement tasks.
Players improve overall coordination by using different actions with the ball, including passing with the feet, carrying the ball, and throwing it by hand, while coping with multiple balls in play.

Organisation
Cones are used to mark out a circular playing area, approximately 12–18 metres in diameter.
The size of the circle should be adjusted based on the number of players and the ability level of the group.
Players are positioned as shown.
The outside players are spaced evenly on the circle line and start without a ball.
Inside the circle, two players of different colours are positioned, each with a ball.
Positions between inside and outside players are rotated regularly, ensuring that all players experience different roles and tasks within the exercise.
