If you breach these terms, we will be entitled to use our rights to take appropriate civil or criminal legal action.

Payment Terms of the Subscription

Pro-Soccerdrills.com reserves is a subscription based service. Our visitors may subscribe to get access our contents of data. You agree to pay the current fee for the account type (Monthly, 6-Month, Annual) you have selected. All types of subscriptions offer a fourteen (14) day free trial. Such free trials are limited to one-per-user. Users must not fraudulently obtain (or attempt to obtain) additional trial periods beyond this single fourteen (14) day term. During the period of Free Trial, you have full access to all of our materials including the video contents. The current fee for the account type you have selected will automatically and immediately be charged on the date your 14-day free trial expires. During the period of Free trial it is impossible to modify the package chosen. You are allowed to change it after the 14-day period expires and your subscription begins. In case you cancel your subscription during the period of Free trial you will not be charged with any fee for having used the website. However, your right to see the contents of the site will immediately be withdrawn and you will not be entitled to subscribe to the period of Free trial any more. In case you have already been a member with full access, you are not entitled to start a new period of 14-day Free trial. When you decide to subscribe again, your card will be charged with the amount of the package chosen at the time of the subscription. Membership fee paid cannot be alienated and claimed back.

Credit Card: You authorize us to charge your credit card for your renewal subscription before your current subscription expires at the low renewal rate then in effect. Recurring credit card payment (hereinafter referred to as Recurring payment) is a function included in the acceptance of credit cards provided by SimplePay meaning that in the future it is possible to make payments with credit card details provided by the Customer during the registration transaction without giving credit card details again. By accepting this statement to use Recurring payment you allow to make subsequent payments made from your user account in this online store (www.pro-soccerdrills.com, hu-pro-soccerdrills.com) without providing credit card details and you allow for the Merchant to make the payment without your transactional approval. Please note: the processing of credit card details is in accordance with the rules of card issuers. Neither the merchant nor SimplePay has access to the credit card data. The Merchant shall assume direct liability for false or unauthorized recurring payments initiated by the Merchant, any claim enforcement against the Merchant’s payment service provider (SimplePay) shall be unavailable. I have read this notification, I take notice of its content and accept it.If your credit card can’t be charged for any reason, your full access will be suspended until time that you subscribe again.

PayPal: If you subscribe to our site using your Paypal account, the recurring profile for your subscription is located at Paypal.

Fraud Protections

To protect against potential fraud, we may take steps to verify the validity of the credit card information you provide to us. The verification process may include debiting $0.10 from your credit card account and then immediately crediting the same amount back to your credit card, as well as asking you to verify the amount debited in order to confirm that you are in possession of your credit card. We will only use this process to screen for fraud and will not otherwise debit your credit card account except as part of a transaction conducted through your account for the Service. By providing Pro-Soccerdrills.com with your credit card information, you authorize us to debit and credit your credit card account for an amount less than one dollar for such verification purposes.

Modification of Subscription

Credit Card: You have the possibility to modify your subscription to an other one at any time. To modify your subscription you can manage it in the „Account > My Subscription” menu. In case of successful modification you will get a confirmation e-mail about it, but you will see your current subscription in “Account > My Subscription” menu. If your current subscription expired it will be automatically changed to your new subscription.

PayPal: If you subscribe by using your PayPal account you will not be able to modify your package during the period of subscription. You can only change among the packages when your current subscription expires for any reason or you unsubscribe from the service.

Cancellation of Subscription

All types of subscriptions are recurring and this service will continue until you decide to stop. If you wish to unsubscribe you can manage it in the „Account > My Subscription” menu at any time. Payment for subscriptions is non-refundable. If you cancel your recurring payment option, you will have full access to all contents until your current subscription expires. If you unsubscribe from our service, your account will be active so you can follow the expiry date in the “Account > My Subscription” menu. After expiry, you can subscribe again easily in the “Account > My Subscription” menu. During this process, you can change between the payment service providers (Credit card or Paypal), the packages and execute all the modifications which aren’t possible to do in the period of an active subscription.

Expiration of Subscription

Our subscriptions and charges are recurring unless you request to cease the use of the site. Your subscription will be automatically renewed unless you cancel or tell us to stop. You authorize us to charge your credit card for your renewal subscription before your current subscription expires at the low renewal rate then in effect. If your credit card can’t be charged for any reason, your full access will be suspended until time that you subscribe again. If your subscription expires for any reason (credit card expires, etc.) you can log in and subscribe again easily in the “Account > My Subscription” menu. During this process, you can change among the payment service providers (Credit card or Paypal), the packages and execute all the modifications which aren’t possible to do in the period of an active subscription.

Suspension and Termination

We will determine, in our discretion, whether there has been a breach of this acceptable terms and conditions through your use of our site. When a breach of this terms has occurred, we may take such action as we deem appropriate. Failure to comply with this acceptable rules constitutes a material breach of the terms of website use upon which you are permitted to use our site, and may result in our taking all or any of the following actions:

• Immediate, temporary or permanent withdrawal of your right to use our site.
• Issue of a warning to you.
• Legal proceedings against you for reimbursement of all costs on an indemnity basis (including, but not limited to, reasonable administrative and legal costs) resulting from the breach.

Having paid membership fee members will be subject to a contractual relation with us. Contract period starts when finishing the subscription process. Subscribers have the right to:

• Download materials for private use
• Publish the site information in thesises, professional publications and articles by a prior permission of us
• Modify personal data given at subscription within the period of time of the membership

However, monthly, 6-month or yearly membership fee paid cannot be alienated or claimed back.

Newsletter

During the subscription process you have the possibility to sign up to our newsletter which provides you with the latest information about the website. You are allowed to unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time.

5. Access to Data and Data Security Measures

5.1

Access to data and data sharing with contracted partners:

• The personal data you provide us with is handled by the Data Manager.

• The data provided is stored on the servers of NETidea Kft.

• The backup data provided is stored on the servers of CloudFactory Internet Technology Kft.

• The Prosoccer s.r.o. affiliate program is managed by CloudFactory Internet Technology Kft.

• Payment details are stored with the payment service providers: SimplePay and PayPal.

• The billing data and the payment details are stored with the on-line billing program: Számlázz.hu.

• The personal data supplied for the purposes of sending our Newsletter is stored with Mailchimp Newsletter provider acting as data processor.

Data will not be shared with any other third parties except for those contracted partners stated above.

I acknowledge the following personal data stored in the user account of Prosoccer s.r.o. (Polovnicka ul. 23/a, Nové Zámky, 94001 Slovakia) in the user database of www.pro-soccerdrills.com will be handed over to OTP Mobil Ltd. and is trusted as data processor. The data transferred by the data controller are the following: name, e-mail address. 5.2

The Data Manager stores all personal data you provide on the servers of Cloudworks Internet Technology Kft.  The Data Controller and it’s contractual partners shall take all appropriate measures to protect your personal data, including unauthorised access and unauthorised modification.

 

6. The right to request information about your personal data

6.1

You can request in writing to the Data Manager for the following information to be provided:

What personal information is being held,

Upon which legal basis it is being held,

What is the purpose of it being held,

From which source was the data obtained,

How long it will be held,

Which data controller is handling it,

To whom your personal data has been shared.

The Data Manager will have 30 days from date of the request being sent within which to respond to your request for information.

6.2

The right to correct, change, and modify your personal data

You have the right to correct, change, and modify any of your personal data (eg. email address, postal address, etc.) held by Prosoccer by contacting the Data Controller in writing through the contact details given in point 1. above.  The Data Manager will complete your request within 30 days of the request being sent and will notify you of the successful changes through the mode of communication of your choice.

6.3

The right to delete your personal data

You have the right to request the deletion of any of your personal data held by Prosoccer by contacting the Data Controller in writing through the contact details given in point 1. above. The Data Manager will reject this request only if prohibited by legislation or our internal regulations require the further storage of your personal data.  If neither of these reasons apply your request to delete your personal data will be carried out within 30 days of your request being sent and you will be notified trough the mode of communication of your choice.

6.4

The right to block your personal data

You have the right to request the blocking of any of your personal data held by Prosoccer by contacting the Data Controller in writing through the contact details given in point 1. above.  Your personal data will remain blocked until the reason you specified for the request ceases to apply.  You may, for example, request the blocking of your personal data if you believe that submission of your data has been unlawfully handled by the Data Handler; in such cases it will be necessary for you to initiate an administrative or judicial procedure for your submitted data to be deleted by the Data Handler.  In this case the Data Handler will retain your personal data until the deciding administrative or judicial authority make a ruling on the deletion of the data.  

6.5

Your right to protest against the handling of your personal data

You have the right to protest against the handling of any of your personal data held by Prosoccer by contacting the Data Controller in writing through the contact details given in point 1. above.  This may be done by taking legal action against the Data Manager whereby you consider your data to have been handled illegally.  This legal action will need to be carried out under the jurisdiction of the country within which the company is registered.
