Organisation

One player demonstrates various tasks at different levels.
During the implementation the ball is moving continuously.

Description and Graphics

The player makes various movements with ball. During the implementation he makes some mistakes (For example, he always looks at the ball and doesn't lift his head up.) It's important to give the accurate instructions and correct the mistakes.

Basic:

  • the ball goes between two legs
  • outside foot pushes the ball outside line of the body and inside foot pushes the ball across body. At first with right foot, then with left.

Advanced:

  • rolling the ball across the body with the sole of the foot with continuous changing
  • outside foot pushes the ball outside line of the body and inside foot pushes the ball across body with continuous changing

Pro:

  • the player pushes the ball out of body with outside of the foot and drags it backwards with the sole of the opposite foot
  • the player pushes the ball out of body with inside of the foot and drags it backwards with the sole of the opposite foot
