Organisation

Two players demonstrate various tasks with the help of the hurdles.
During the implementation they make determined tasks at the hurdles and pass the ball to each other.
They practice with both feet.
Five exercises can be seen.

Description and Graphics

The players make different technical movements with ball at the hurdles, for example:

  • stop the ball with the sole or the inside of the foot and roll it with the sole of the foot under the hurdle, then pass
  • stop the ball with the inside of the foot and push the ball with outside of the foot under the hurdle, then pass
  • stop and pull the ball with the sole of the foot, stop it with the inside and push the ball with outside of the foot under the hurdle, then pass
  • stop with the inside of the foot, make a step over inside, push the ball with outside and roll it with the sole of the foot under the hurdle, then pass
  • stop with the inside of the foot, make a drag back, roll it with the sole of the foot under the hurdle, then pass
