Organisation

Two players work in pair, they demonstrate different exercises, which are performed with one ball.
The players are face to face each other. 
Since they pass and throw the ball during the tasks, they have to concentrate, cooperate and harmonize their movements, besides they must care for the correct technical implementation.
Two basic exercises can be seen, of course these can be varied free by the coach.

One player is holding a ball in his hands, the other player is standing next to the cones.

The two basic exercises which can be varied:

  • The player with ball throws it to his mate's feet accurately, the other player makes sideways movement above the cones  and passes the ball back with the inside of the foot.
  • The player with ball throws it to his mate's feet accurately, the other player makes sideways movement above the cones  and passes the ball back with the instep of the foot.
