Description and Graphics

Five players demonstrate the exercises.  
All the players have a ball.
Seven exercises can be seen, the players practice the feints with both feet.
The players dribble the ball toward the big cone placed in the middle, and they make different feinting tricks in front of the cone.
The tasks are built from Basic to Advanced and Professional standards.

  1. Outside Push
  2. Inside Step-over
  3. Outside Step-over
  4. Roll Over
  5. 'V' Cut
  6. Spin Turn (Zidane Turn)
  7. Inside Step Over - Outside Push - Roll Over

Of course the tasks can be changed, the coach can decide on the basis of the players' abilities.
