This speed exercise focuses on developing reaction ability, acceleration, agility and speed.

Exercise 1-4:
The player stands at his starting point, the coach holds a ball in his hands.
The player starts making determined movements, then for the coach's sign (who throws up the ball) he reacts fast, accelerates and sprints to the line of the big cones.
Exercise 5-6:
The player stands at his starting point.
The coach holds a ball in his hands, besides there are four different colored small cones in front of him.
The four different colored small cones are also placed to the top of the big cones with other arrangement.
The player starts making determined movements. For the coach's sign (who throws up the ball and steps to one small cone) he reacts fast, accelerates and sprints to the signed cone, bypasses it with quick feet movements, then accelerates again to the line of the coach.
