Video
Organisation
Players are split into two teams.
Cones create two equal playing areas with middle zones next to each other.
In both areas there is 1-1 starting position and 1-1 small goal opposite them.
Players start the exercise by dribbling the ball from the starting position to beat the defender of the other team. After losing the ball or scoring, the attacker switches to defend and sprints to the other area as a defender to stop the attacker.
Attackers can start dribbling when the opponent just finished his action at the other side.
Description and Graphics
Players perform the exercise without an interruption until the coach ends up the activity.
The first defender is waiting for the attacker in the area.
After the first duel the attacker becomes defender, and he sprints to the other area to defend against the opponent with the ball.
From then the process continues the same way.
The attackers can score only from the middle area.
