Description and Graphics
The first players of the pairs stand with ball in the middle of the small squares as shown.
The 1v1 game starts at the coach's sign.
Dribbling patterns or ways are determined before the exercises.
After the dribbling part of the game players accelerate towards the small cones. The coach gives a color while the players are running. The faster player picks up the called colored cone and sprints towards the yellow stick. The other player reacts and sprints to turn around a red stick as shown. After turning around the yellow stick player places the cone to its original position and he becomes attacker. The other player without a cone comes into the area as defender.
The coach passes a ball to the attacker who tries to beat the defender and score a goal.
When the defender wins the ball he becomes attacker and tries to score a goal to the opposite small goal.
