Organisation

Cones are used to create the players' positions.
Two poles are placed between position A and B.
There are two goals with goalkeepers on one's side and two small goals are on the opposite side, as shown.
Distances of the positions and the size of the area should be created according to the given age-group.
Players are split into two teams. The teams have their own marked positions and these are signed by different colored cones.
Players change their positions continuously in alphabetical order after every finished exercise.
The coach gives a sign when a new repetition can begin.

Description and Graphics

In this soccer drill players come across a lot of 1v1 situations. Players of the two team compete each other.
The exercise is performed with four balls, which are placed in Position A and in Position E.  In Position D the defenders must wait on the line of the poles until the opponent receives the ball and starts to dribble. The situation is the same in Position C but the player must wait by the cone until the attacker starts to dribble.
