Organisation

Cones and sticks are placed as shown.
The distances should be created  appropriately to the given age-group.
Players work in pairs.
Players change their positions continuously after every repeated exercise.

Description and Graphics

Players in first pair stand in the middle of their own square. The exercise starts for the sign of the coach. He calls a color and that means the players have to turn around the given colored cone first. They accelarate towards the sticks where they perform a quick zig-zag movement between them. After coming through the sticks players get a well-timed pass on the ground from the servers from position B's. Players have to try to pass the ball into the small goals in front directly with one touch. Then the coach serves a ball into the middle, to create a 1v1 situation for a goal. The faster player will be the attacker the slower the defender. The attacker has to try to finish the action as soon as possible.
