Description and Graphics

In this soccer drill defender practises the right method of attacking the ball possessor. While the ball moves toward the attacker, the defender must sprint to reduce the distance and get near the attacker. So he puts pressure on the attacker and he can arrest the player in possession to make a deep pass or plays forward with one touch. When the attacker receives the ball, the defender must switch over and stand from sprint immediately to be able to perform the defensive posture.
