Organisation

Players and equipment are arranged as shown.
Players work in pairs and they are divided into 3 positions, 'A', 'B' and 'C'.
The coach stands in the middle and holds 2 cones of the same color as the players.
Changes are performed in a determined way.
In position 'A', the pairs change continuously, in Positions 'B' and 'C', the players change sides after each action.
The pairs change the 'A'-'B'-'C' positions periodically, so all players act in the square and play to both goals.

Description and Graphics

2 players are back-to-back in the middle of the square with a ball wedged between them.
2 blue and 2 red players are also positioned behind the determined small goals as shown, so 1v1 situations evolve three times in one action.
When the coach makes a sign, the players spin fast and fight for the ball.
The one, who gains possession of the ball is the attacker, the other one is the defender.
The attacker has to beat the defender in 1v1 situation, then he can play the ball to one of his 2 teammates through the small goal.
When it's managed, the player who gets the ball becomes attacker and his pair becomes defender. The attacker accelerates with the ball, tries to win the 1v1 situation and score goal, the defender sprints, takes up the defensive position and tries to intercept the ball.
At the same time, when the player gets the ball from the square, the Coach lifts the blue or the red cone to sign the other two players positioning by the opposite small goals, which colour is the attacker.
After the 1v1 situations finish, the players change in a determined way.
