Organisation

The playing area is marked with small cones on the corners.
There are 2-2 poles on the sidelines, which are approximetely 2 meters from the middle line on both directions. 
The players' starting positions are next to the poles as shown.
The size of the area is adequate to the given age-group.
Players are split into two teams, which are identified with different colours.
For the optimal organization, 8 - 16 field players and 2 goalkeepers can be used in the exercise.
There's a defending and an attacking team. They change their roles after a determined number of repetition.

Description and Graphics

2-2 players of both teams are placed in determined way in the starting positions on the sidelines as shown. 
At the coach's command the defender starts the 1v1 game by passing the ball to the opposite player on the other side. 
After his pass, the defender and the attacker change quickly, run and turn around the further pole to get in the playing area fast.
Menawhile the opposite player lays the ball back diagonally to the attacker and the 1v1 situation starts.
