Organisation

The playing area is marked with poles on the corners.
Starting positions are in the middle of both sidelines as shown.
The size of the area is adequate to the given age-group.
Players work in pairs, and they start their movement on the coach command.
Running directions are determined before the start.
Pairs start their runs to the other directions alternately.

Description and Graphics

At coach command the players of the first pair accelerate to the given direction, then turn around the pole to get in the playing area faster than the opponent.
The faster player gets a ball from the coach and he tries to beat his opponent to score a goal.
The defender can intercept the ball and the roles change immediately.
If the ball is out of the playing field, the coach can restart the progression by passing a new ball into the area.
