Description and Graphics
The 1v1 soccer drill starts from Position A with different determined combinations between A, B and C positions between the sticks or mannequins. After laying the ball back the player in Position C sprints and tries to win the ball from the attacker. The defender must run out between the two yellow sticks before begins his defending role. A long ball from Position B must be performed with a determined technique. It could be a sharp pass on the ground or an areal ball as well. Attacker in Position D has to receive the ball in the marked circle and begins his attacking 1v1 situation. The attacker can fake in two directions but he could not change after he performed a feint into a given direction.
