Organisation

Players are split into two teams and they change their positions in alphabetical order.
After a determined number of repetition teams change sides.
Set up two small goals in front of the penalty area as shown and two-two or three-three mannequins in front of them.
Positions of the players are placed on the base line and on the sides.
One pole is also placed on both sides as shown.
Distances should be created according to the given age-group.
The coach stands in the middle between the small goals with balls.
