Organisation

Two teams are identified with different colours.
Players change their positions in alphabetical order.
Distances and the size of the area must be adequate to the given age-group.
Three variations can be seen, the differences are between the receivings and dribblings by the poles and the player's  combination.

Description and Graphics

The 1v1 exercise starts when the coach gives a sign to the first players with ball in Positions A.
A determined combination is performed between Player A and B  as quickly as possible.
After that,  Player C gets a penetrating pass from Player B between the sticks as shown. Player C has to try to perform his run in the best rhythm behind the sticks.
Player B must take care of the pace and angle of his penetrating pass.
Player C tries to play the ball into his small goal as fast as he can.
After the finishing the Coach serves a ball to the faster player who tries to beat his opponent in a 1v1 situation and finish the action with a goal.
If the defender intercepts the ball, he can also score.
