Preparing for 1v1 and Basic Body Feints
This basic and competitive activity focuses on developing of the changing direction with and without the ball, agility, and the basis of defending.
The variations also helps improve the dribbling and feinting skills of the players.

Organisation
Cones are used to mark the playing field, in which there are two areas for the defenders and two for the attacker, as shown.
The pitch is approximately 6-8x12-14 meters.
Distances should be considered and created adequately to the given age group.
2-2 small goals are placed on both baselines of the playing field.
Players work in groups of three, there are two defenders and one attacker. The roles are changed after every action.

In the first variation, 2-2 balls are placed on the determined lines on both sides.
The attacker makes the deceptive movements and the body feints in his own zone, the defender can move in his own area.
The attacker tries to beat the defender in the 1v1 situation to reach one of the two balls, and to score.
The defender has to anticipate and react fast on the attacker's movement to block the pass.
After the action, the attacker turns, runs to the other side to perform the same activity.
In the second variation, 1-1 ball is on both sides.
The attacker makes the deceptive movements and feints with ball in his own zone, the defender can move in his own area.
The attacker tries to beat the defender in the 1v1 situation to score to one of the two goals.
The defender has to anticipate and react fast on the attacker's movement to block the pass.
After the action, the attacker turns, runs to the other side to perform the same activity.
