Cones or poles are used to create an approximately 25x25 meters octagonal area.
Two normal sized goals with goalkeepers and two small goals are placed on the opposite baselines.
Two teams of four are in the middle, two goalkeepers and two jokers are also involved into this SSG.
Roles of the jokers should be changed after each repetition.
Description and Graphics
The aim is to circulate the ball and build up possession with the help of the two goalkeepers and the two joker players outside the playing area.
Defending unit (4 players) tries to win the ball and score either of the 4 goals.
Goalkeepers and jokers try to defend their goals.
Teams change roles when the defending team can score.
