There are two possession areas (15-20x12-15m) and a neutral zone (4-6m) in the middle of the square.
The distances and the size of the square should be adequate to the given age-group and the players' abilities.
In this small sided soccer game there are 3 teams of five. Identify them with different colors.
Two teams are trying to keep possession, the third one is defending.
5-5 players of  the teams in possession are located in the side areas.
The defenders are placed in determined way: Two defenders are in the area of possession (5v2 game), the other three are in the neutral zone to close the deep passing directions.

Load: 60-120 sec.
Rest: 45-60 sec.

One team of five start keeping possession against the two defenders. Their main objective is to play the ball to the other team through the neutral zone between the three defenders. When the deep pass is successful, the defenders have to run into the other area to start defending against the possessing team.
The defenders press with intensity in order to regain the ball in the 5v2 game. When the ball is regained, they have to pass it to the other area and they have to transition into possession positions. The team that loses the ball defends.
