Organisation

Cones are used to create two squares as shown. Identify two teams.
Players are arranged as shown and they change their positions continuously in a determined way. The player who gets the ball in defence or the player who gets the ball through the zone in attack has to go to the end of the relevant group. The first outside player who gets the ball dribbles into the middle to make the attacking pair complete. When a player cannot get the ball in defence for a longer period coach has to give a sign so that another player replaces him.
Duration: 2-5 min. Rest: 2-3 min.

Description and Graphics

Teams have to attack across the field in turns. Defenders can only act within the middle zone. First two palyers from each team start the task. Attacking team tries to keep posession and dribbles through the middle zone and pass the ball to the other sided team-mate. Defending team tries to slow down attackers and win the ball. When defenders get the ball they have to pass it to one of the outside team-mates. The team loses the ball will be the next defending team.
