Organisation
3 attackers and 1 defender take part in this small sided soccer exercise. Players and equipment are arranged as shown. Players change role after every performed exercise.
Duration: 20-45 sec.
Rest: 40-90 sec.
Description and Graphics
3 attackers possess the ball with 2 touches against 1 defender. The player in possession is located in the middle, this way he can passes in both direction. The ball is passed right or left along the lines of the grid. The 2 players without the ball always run toward the free corner to be able to receive the passes.
