Cones are used to create an area with four zones in it as shown. 4 cone goals are placed at the sides of the winger areas. 4v4 possession is played in Zone B and C. In Zone A and D there is one player from each team.The game can be also played with other number of players. Duration: 3-5 min. Rest: 1-2 min.
