Description and Graphics
First player from each team positions himself to the opposite area as a defender.
The soccer drill starts at the coach's sign.
Each team has a ball and tries to keep possession in the small area strictly with one-touch play. When the defender touches the ball or the ball is out of the area or one of the players in possession steps out of the circle defender can sprint back to his own group and make a fast change with the next coming team-mate. Next player sprints to be a defender in the other area, the defender who comes back will automatically be an attacker and tries to keep possession. These changes do not influence the role of the play, the game goes on.
When the ball is out coach serves a new one immediately. Coach can also decide and help the defenders when a situation is not unequivocal.
The game ends when the last player sprints back to his own group.
The faster team wins.
Teams try to keep possession as long as they can. Defenders (1) try to catch the ball as fast as they can.
When blue defender (1) touches the ball he sprints back (1) to his own group to change with player 2. Player 2 accelerates to the group of reds to be a defender and catches the ball quickly. Player 1 tries to keep possession with his team-mates against the red defender.
After touching the ball or passing the ball out defenders sprint to change with the nextcoming team-mate.
