Conditioning With Possession

Organisation
Cones are used to create a square.
The area must be created adequately to the number of players as well as their abilities.
Players are split into two teams of the same number of players.
One team is identified with a different color.
Players in both teams are marked with a number starting from one.
Description and Graphics
The small sided drill starts on the coach's sign.
The team in possession try to combine and keep the possession against the defenders.
The coach continuously calls two numbers from the defending team and the called players must run out of the playing field, turn around the sticks and sprint back to complete the defending team.
When the team in possession loses the ball they become the defending team and try to regain possession or win the ball.
