The size of the playing field has to be created in accordance with the number of players and the given age-group. Teams are identified by different colors. Two goals are placed into the baseline of the area. Balls are placed into the goals.
Description and Graphics
Players can only combine with headers. Team in possession has to play all of the players in a single attack before they attempt to score by a header.
Players have to run around the sticks at the moment they finish the action, lose the ball or score a goal. Then they become defenders. Players of the other team pick up a ball from the goal and start an attack as quickly as they can. The attacking team has to perform the headed passes fast because the defenders try to win or touch the ball after they come back into the pitch. Players have to turn around the sticks next to their own goal. When defenders win the ball -or attackers cannot score- they become attackers.
Give players a short resting period after some attacks.
