Organisation
Set up an approximately 10x10 meters square, place two small goals on the baselines and create two other goals by small cones on the sidelines, as shown.
Players work in a group of four, in which two pairs play against each other who are identified with different colors.
There is an attacker and a defender pair.
The players change their roles continuously in the attacker pair, the defender - attacker roles are changed periodically between the pairs.
Two variations can be seen.
