Cones and goals are placed as shown.
Distances and the size of the playing are must be created adequatelly to the given age-group.
Two goelkeepers are involved in this exercise.
Players perform this small sided game in groups of three.
Attackers are in positions A, B and C.
Defenders are in positions D, E and F as shown. Players change their positions after every performed exercise.
Roles are changed periodically.
