Organisation
This game can be played with a various number of players (from 12 up to 21). Players are split into three same numbered teams.
Cones are used to create an adequate sized playing area according to the number of players and their abilities.
Two teams are arranged in the area, the players of the third team are neutrals and they are placed outside, on the lines of the playing field, as shown. The neutral players always help the possessor team and their positions are changed periodically.
4 goals are placed in the corners as shown.
If the number of players is unmatched, we can use a neutral player inside as well.
Duration of the exercise: 30-60 sec.
Resting time: 30-60 sec.
Description and Graphics
Teams in the area try to keep possession with the help of the neutral players. There are 2 neutral players on both longer sides of the area and 1 on the short lines. Three players are with balls, the others stand without them. Only one ball can be on the same side. The neutrals have special roles, since the players in possession can only pass the ball to the neutral player without the ball. When it's performed, the team in possession gets a pass from the other sided neutral player, so the ball is changed.
When the defending team wins the ball they try to score to any goals in the corners. After losing the ball the possessor team must perform a counterpressing immediately to avoid getting a goal and to win back the possession.
When the ball is out or the defending team scores, the coach restarts the play by passing a ball to the possessor team.
Positions and roles are changed after every repetition.
