Organisation
Cones are used to mark an approximately 45x25 meters playing field.
Distances must be created according to the given age-group, the number of players and the technical skills.
There are 2 goals on both sides, the goal-lines are about 12 meters in width. Two Target Players and one Neutral Player take part in the exercise, however the game can be played with 2 Neutral Players, too. Target Players are placed behind the goal-lines, they can move there to support the team in possession.
If it’s necessary we can change the size of the area during the game.
Players can be located according to the given system and formation.
Description and Graphics
The aim of the game is to play both Target Players after combination play.
That's worth one point when the team in possession plays one of the Target Players in the goal, then changes side by combination play with the help of the Neutral Player (overnumbered environment) and hits the other sided Target Player in the goal.
During this progress, the defending team cannot touch the ball.
Variation
- The Target Players and the Neutrals can play with one touch only
- All the players can play with one touch
- Both Neutrals have to touch the ball during the possession and changing side to get a point
