Organisation

Cones are used to create a square accrding to the age group.
Players work in pairs. Identify the pairs with different colors.
Pairs change role in turns.

Load: 45-120 sec.
Rest: 60-120 sec.

Description and Graphics

One pair tries to beat the defenders and dribble through the baseline.
Defenders have to perform and draw the correct positions according to the movements of the attackers and they have to use the basic 1v1 defending skills in every situation.
