Organisation
Cones are used to mark an adequate sized playing area. Sticks are placed as shown to mark the running patterns of the defenders and attackers. Goal lines are on the shorter sides of the playing field.
Players work in a group of five, three attackers against two defenders. The roles of the players could be changed periodically. This small sided soccer game should be performed to both sides.
Description and Graphics
Positions of the players are determined as shown on the set up graphics.
The small sided soccer game starts from Player C by playing his team mate (Player A) who bypasses the red stick and sprints inside the area. When player C touches the ball first both attackers and both defenders sprint towards the determined stick to bypass it and come inside the playing area. One of the attackers turns around the yellow stick, the other attacker bypasses the red stick. The same rules apply to both defenders but in the other direction.
Attackers have to try to dribble through the goal line as soon as possible. Defenders have to try to intercept the ball and dribble through the other sided goal line. When losing the ball attackers must attack the defenders to win the ball back.
