Description and Graphics
Players in possession try to combine with maximum two touches and the defenders' aim to touch the ball.
There is a special rule for the ball possessor team:
After playing a team-mate, the players must sprint to the nearest pole, bypass it and run back to the playing area. They must move as fast as possible to get back soon and to help maintain the possession.
In Exercise 2 after their passes, the players run and ask for a ball from the goalkeeper who throws it for a header. The aim is to score a goal by a header. After that the players bypass the pole and sprint back to the playing area.
In case the goalkeeper is not able to throw a ball, the players must turn around the pole and sprint back to the playing field without performing a header.
