Organisation
Split the team into two groups of 8. The exercise can be executed with 14 players as well (7-7).
Cones are used to mark and approximately 20x20 meters square.
Set up 4 positions 8-10 meters far from the sidelines of the square, as shown.
4 goals are placed 14-20 meters apart from the positions.
Both teams are split into two groups of four. 4 players are in the area and the other 2-2 players stand on the sidelines and in the outside positions, as shown.
Team-mates are on the opposite side of the area.
