Organisation

Set up an approximately 5-7 meters diameter circle by using 8 cones.
Players work in a group of five.
One of them is the attacker positioning himself in the middle of the circle with a ball.
Each outside player has one quarter of the circle, they can act only at their lines between the big cones.
Players change their positions after every finished task.
Duration of the exercise is between 15-30 sec.
Resting period is the same.
