Organisation
Set up a square adjusted to the number of players. Place four cones of different colors at each corner of the square. front of the square, place the same four colored cones at the coach’s feet, matching the colors used to mark the area. the players into two teams and assign each team a color. coach holding cones that match the team colors. player starts with a ball.
Description and Graphics
Players move freely inside the area while staying focused on the coach’s signal. In the first variation players move while guiding the ball using their hands. The coach raises a colored cone to indicate the team and steps toward another cone to mark the target corner. teams must react instantly. called team sprints to the indicated corner, while the opposite team reacts simultaneously and runs to the diagonally opposite corner.
Players work as teams, not as individuals. Each team must move together and complete the task collectively. action is considered finished only when the last player of the team reaches the assigned cone. coordination, and group awareness are therefore equally.
In the second variation players move and control the ball using their feet, focusing on close ball control, coordination, and body orientation while reacting to the coach’s visual cues.
