Organisation
Equipment are arranged as shown on the set up graphics. (Big and small cones, poles or mannequins, speed ladder)
The distances and space must be created properly and adequately to the given age group.
Players are in four positions (A,B,C and D) and they change between A - B and C - D continuously.
Players change their positions periodically between A - C and B - D.
This football drill is performed with three balls simultaneously, since Player A, B and C also hold a ball, but Player D starts the progression without it.
Description and Graphics
Four players start the progression to the sign of the coach.
Players in Position A, B and C start to dribble their balls and Player in Position D starts a determined quick feet movement over the speed ladder. The movements and route of the players must be determined so they can execute them in turns after the changes.
It's important that the players start the movements at the same time, so the coach restarts the action by whistle or other sign.
