Organisation
Set up three mannequins in the middle and two on each side, as shown.
Distances must be created according to the given age-group, the number of players and the technical skills.
The players are arranged in the determined positions on both sides. (A-B-C)
The two starting points are marked by cones. (Position A)
The exercise is performed with 4 balls simultaneously.
Description and Graphics
The players in positions 'A' and 'B' hold a ball.
The exercise starts by the players in Positions 'A'. They dribble the ball towards the mannequin in the middle, they perform a determined feint in front of it, then turn right (the direction depends on the players with ball in the diagonal corners, now players B), change pace with the ball and accelerate towards the mannequin. Here they also make a feint, then turn and perform a long, sharp pass to the player in the diagonal corner of the opposite side (in this case, player C). After that, they change pace toward the player in the corner of the same side and ask for the ball to make a wall pass.
Players who get the diagonal pass, receive the ball and hold it there.
