This soccer dribbling drill is executed optimally with 12 players, who are divided into 4 groups of 3.
In Variation 1 the players are arranged as shown and they change their positions continuously in A-B and C-D positions.
The first players hold a ball in each positions.
Three variations can be seen, which are performed with 4 balls together.
