Organisation

Create an approximately 6x12 meters area.
The distances and the size of the area should be adequate to the given age-group and the players' abilities.
The equipment are arranged as shown.
Players work in a group of 5-6.
Each player has a ball.

Description and Graphics

The players line up in the starting position.
At the coach's signal the first player start dribbling and the others follow him from a determined distance.
The players are dribbling the ball in a zig-zag way bypassing the big cones.
When the first player reaches the other side, he turns between the small cones, and dribbles back the ball in a straight line toward the starting point.
Because of this, the players need to be oriented and focused as they dribble the ball towards each other in a zig-zag way and in a straight line.
