Organisation
Four cones are used to mark players' positions. Three sticks are placed as shown. Distances must be created adequately to the given age group.
This exercise can be executed with 5-7 players.
Description and Graphics
Two variations are performed in this football dribbling exercise.
In Variation 1 the players perform the exercise with one ball and in Variation 2 players use two balls.
