Organisation

Two goals, sticks and cones are placed as shown. Distances of the sticks and cones must be adequate to the age-group.
Players change their positions continuously in alphabetical order. This soccer exercise starts from position A and F. Players begin the task when all of them are ready in all positions to perform the soccer drill.

Description and Graphics

In this soccer drill several variations can be performed between A, B, C, D and E positions. The introduction of the combinations is essential.
In this soccer exercise Player E is played with a deep pass after a combination play. Player in position E shoots on goal.
To the other goal Player H is played after a deep pass. Player H and I try to beat the defender in Position J in a 2v1 situation. The two attackers must finish the action between the two red sticks as fast as they can.
The good individual defending technique of player in position J is required.
