Organisation
Equipment and players are arranged as shown. Put one goalkeeper into each goal. Put the players behind the goals. Place plenty of extra balls behind the goals.
Description and Graphics
Players work in pairs opposite each other. Players in pairs start the task at coach's command. They sprint to the middle, turn around the cones in square and accelerate towards the ball to perform a shot on goal. After the shots players go behind the goals. Perform the soccer drill to both directions.

At coach's command 4 players start the task at the same time.
