Organisation
Set two goals 25 meters apart. Set a cone into the middle of the area. Put a goalkeeper in each goal. Players are located at the cones. Players work in pairs. Place extra balls next to the goals.
Description and Graphics
Players in pairs start the soccer finishing exercise diagonally. Players dribble towards the cone. At the cone they change balls, dribble along with the ball received and shoot on goal. After the shot has been taken players go to the back of the goal they have just shot on.
Variation
- Switch the side of the players
- Players must shoot with weaker foot
