Place more players in each position.
The attackers change after every repetition in alphabetical order, the defenders change the role periodically.
The sticks, cones and goals are placed as shown.
Four red cones are used to create a square where the 1v1 and 2v1 situations evolve against the defender.
This soccer exercise is performed with two balls together.
Description and Graphics
The progression starts by the attacking Player A passes (1) the ball to Player B, who lays (2) it off in the correct angle, then sprints (3) behind Player A to be able to get the other ball. Player A performs a low pass (3) to Player C positioning in the determined area, then turns around the yellow stick and moves on to get the ball.
When the second pass (2) is done, the defender Player A plays the ball (3) to the approaching Player B in the middle. Player B lays the ball back (4) to the attacker Player A, then sprints toward Player C to help and create a 2v1 situation in the area.
After his pass (3) the defender Player A starts to sprint and turns around the red stick as fast as he can to prepare for the 1v1 situation against the attacker Player A.
Player A tries to beat the defender A in 1v1 then finish the action. If the defender tackles, the action ends.
Meanwhile Player C tries to win the 1v1 situation against the defender Player B or covers the ball and waits for his teammate Player B arriving from depth to create a 2v1 situation in the area. At the end of the action Player B or C shoots on goal.
The defender Player C can start from outside the area after Player A's third pass (3) and he can defend in the area only.
In case he intercepts the ball in 1v1 or 2v1 situation, he can dribble it out of the area and score a goal to the nearer one of the 2 small goals.
