Soccer Finishing Exercise 1:

There are 3 groups. 2 are located on the sides, 1 is in the middle of the pitch. The players change their positions within the groups continuously. The groups are changed after several exercises. The task is done by turns on both sides.

The task is done by turns on both sides. The players change their positions continuously in the middle. The wing players and the central players change their positions after several actions.
