Organisation

Sticks are used to create four triangles of the same size in front of the penalty area as shown.
Players work in a group of four and two of them are identified with different colors.
Same colored pairs work together.
A playing  area is also marked in the front of the goal as shown.
Players have to finish their actions from the area.
Change the players' positions after every exercise.

Description and Graphics

The soccer drills starts for the coach's sign. Player A starts to dribble in a determined way between the sticks. Player A performs a shot on goal from the marked area. In the correct rhythm coach gives another sign to the next coming Player. Player B performs the same movements between the sticks and goes to a 1v1 situation against Player A. Coach gives a sign to Player C to start his movements and he arrives at the box to create a 2v1 situation with his team-mate (Player A) against Player B. Meanwhile Player D dribbles and creates a 2v2 situation.
Players have to try to finish their actions with a shot on goal after an individual or a combinative play.
