Organisation
Place three different colored cones on the penalty area's line in front of the goal and set two cones 5 meters from the line to mark the stariting position of the player. Place a ball next to each cone. In Exercise 1 you can put a goalkeeper in goal. Take care of extra balls.
Description and Graphics
The player stands between the cones not facing the balls.
Variation
- This drill can be used for younger players with adequate distances.
