Organisation

Place two kickboards on the line of the penalty box in angle as shown.
Four mannequins or poles are used to create a triangle in the middle and two more mannequins are on the side to create a deep passing channel.
Distances of the equipment and the size of the playing area must be created adequately to the given age-category.
5 players work together and their positions are changed continuously.
The exercise is performed with two balls.
The resting players must replace the balls next to the mannequins.
